We will endeavour to match your requirements with suitable properties and arrange for you to view those which meet your criteria. Viewings are always accompanied by a member of our staff.
Once you have selected a suitable property you will be required to complete an application form and pay a referencing fee. This will reserve the property for you whilst we process your tenancy agreement.
On the day you start your tenancy we will arrange for you to sign your tenancy agreements, set up a standing order for subsequent rental payments and, if applicable, provide you with an inventory of the property. This will then have to be signed and returned to the office. The first month''s rent and deposit are payable on or before the day your tenancy starts. This must be paid in cleared funds i.e.; banker''s draft, cash or debit card.
